I want to make people aware that Gameflip is a very untrustworthy company.

I do not recommend selling your games here. It was a good place for a short while.

But they changed their policies from one day to the other, making my shop not viable anymore. They decreased the number of items that you can list, and they increased the fees. Now they are extortionary. They also unlawfully deleted about 70 of my keys without warning.

Their help desk not only did not do anything to sort it out, but they were rude, sarcastic and tried to gaslight me.

If you have a shop here, back up all of your items as soon as possible. Or better, take them elsewhere. Otherwise you will end up losing them. Avoid this marketplace and go somewhere else where you are less likely to be ripped off.

And if you have made the mistake of investing any money in what, and I hope I am wrong, it looks like a tulip market.

I am sorry for you. And if I were you I would definitely cash out my money before it is too late.

First edit so as to respond to Maya. My items were deleted from the draft section. As according to Andrei from customer support, there was a new policy to delete old drafts.

I told Andrei that if the rules are updated you are legally obliged to inform about that. So Rick from customer support took over the complaint. He tried to gaslight me by telling me it was not a new rule, but an preexisting rule. He used as "proof" a new post in the forums he just wrote.

The date when the post was published proved it was a freshly written post. Post saying that Gameflip could delete drafts as they pleased. He said that this post from after your company deleted my keys counted as previous communication before deleting the keys. I told him that that did not make any sense, so he blocked my customer support account for "spamminng".

I cannot contact support as they blocked me so as not have to deal with my issue.

PS. I have screenshots of the whole conversation.

Also, Gameflip is buying positive reviews and probably also getting positive votes through bot farms. They do raffles all the time trough their Facebook and Instagram profiles. They raffle a voucher of $10 of store money among those that post positive reviews.

Those raffles are announced at Gameflip's Facebook and Instagram profiles. Also see how basic many of the positive reviews are. To engage in this shady practices should be illegal.

Gameflip score in Trustpilot has risen like crazy in the last month thanks to these tricks. It was very low before.

I didn't receive my order, and it's been a week. I've tried so many times to find it, but still nothing, and I'm getting impatient.

Just give me my refund back. Even the customer service is not helpful at all. They told me to wait for 2 days, and it's been 3. Like, wtf?

I spent money and time on that *** L website, don't buy anything from them. They said it's completed, but when I go to check, it says there's nothing. Like, I don't know what to do anymore.

I just got scammed. I don't think it; I know it.

Gameflip was setup on December 26th as a "simplistic" way to sell 3 $20.00USD ungifted steam gift cards. I jumped through every hoop to prove my identity.

That simple process took them 4 days. I had a buyer the next day. Very satisfied customer. The virtual process was done in 15 minutes, between him and I on December 31st.

He got them for $55.00USD, great deal. Gameflip processed his payment within an hour. Their fee was $4.60USD a little steep in my opinion, I figured it would be fine if I got my $48.40USD within 2 days. NOPE!

Gameflip gave me a FOUR DAY delivery of payment to me time frame, REALLY??! Well we all know where are money sits collecting interest for THEM! They LIED! My money is still collecting interest for them, and their running stopclock, at this moment, is a little shy of FOUR DAYS!

According to my simple arithmetic dec.31, Jan.1, Jan.2, Jan.3... 4 days!!!

My money will be in GAMEFLIP JAIL until Tuesday January 7th around 1p.m.!!! I Don't want to spend the next 3 weeks giving negative reviews for Gameflip on every social platform possible, please spread the word!!!
